COMMUNITY RULES

  • Minimum lease period is 1 week. No short-term rentals under 1 week are permitted.

  • Occupancy is limited to 4 persons per 1-bedroom unit, 4 persons per first-floor garden apartment, and 6 persons for townhomes and 2-bedroom units in E-Building.

  • All remodeling projects require approval. See the Condo Association area of this website for the required Request Form.

  • No pets are allowed on premises.

  • One assigned, covered parking space is reserved per condo. Visitor parking is in uncovered spaces only. Limit two cars per unit. Illegally parked cars will be towed.

  • Beach access is at public entrances only, located at the traffic lights to our north and south.

  • DO NOT walk through properties across the street.

  • Quiet time is 11 pm to 8 am.

  • Observe all posted pool rules. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Key fobs are required to access the pool area.

  • All trash must be bagged and disposed of in dumpsters or trash chutes.  

  • Recyclables are to be placed in the proper bins (labeled paper/cardboard or plastic/glass). Bulk items may be placed behind the dumpster by the tennis court.

  • Please call Waste Management at 941-493-4100 to arrange for pickup.

  • The clubhouse is for use by adults only.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Laundry hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  • Community restrooms are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  • Key fobs are required.

  • Boat docking is prohibited.

  • Tennis shoes are required on the tennis court. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Usage is limited to 1hr for singles and 1.5hrs for doubles.

  • Please be considerate of other guests when using the pool, pier, grills, clubhouse, etc.

  • Fishermen please clean up after yourselves.

  • Please clean grills and picnic area after each use.
